How do I choose the right hydraulic fitting for my application?
Check the catalogue, check the thread, check the pressure and then if that doesn’t help give us a call sometimes it isn’t easy to get the right fittings.
Do you offer custom hydraulic fittings?
Yes but you need to be mindful of MOQs which are often as high as 500 pieces.
What is your policy on returns and warranties for hydraulic fittings?
Easy if it is a stock item we have a restocking fee or 15%, if it is a custom part we wont return it unless we can find another customer to use that part, oh and they need to be clean and in good condition.
Do you offer technical support for hydraulic fitting installation?
Absolutely, we love offering technical assistance to our customers and prospects; we have engineers who can point you in the right direction, the other thing is that at Armadillo, we make systems simple so every operator can understand them; we call this Hydraulic Knowhow its a common sense approach to the problem from the end users point of view.
